The Multi-Function Luggage Cart/Chair is constructed of both steel and plastic. Cart will handle lightweight uniform loads up to 65 pounds. The chair position holds up to 225 uniform pounds. This Cart/Chair is perfect for use at trade shows for transporting products, literature and small parts. Two 3" by 3/4" hard rubber wheels are standard.
